TCS Suzuki GSF600 Bandit Mk1 Carburettor Rebuild Kit
A complete rebuild kit for the Suzuki GSF600 Bandit Mk1, containing the key components needed to properly overhaul all four carburettors.
Unlike the generic carburettor kits widely available online, this kit uses FKM (Viton) seals throughout and high quality UK manufactured jets. The kit also includes stainless steel hex fasteners to replace the original carburettor screws, giving you a much better long term solution when rebuilding an older set of Bandit carburettors.

Staggered Main Jet Setup
The Mk1 GSF600 Bandit uses staggered main jetting.
Install the main jets as follows:
Cylinder 1: #98
Cylinder 2: #100
Cylinder 3: #100
Cylinder 4: #98
This gives the 98 / 100 / 100 / 98 arrangement, with the larger #100 jets fitted to the two inner cylinders.
