Full Caliper Clean And Rebuild Service

Our full clean and rebuild service is designed to fully restore braking performance where calipers are sticking, worn or no longer operating as they should. 

Each caliper is fully stripped and inspected upon arrival. All internal components are cleaned using our ultrasonic process to ensure the calliper body is properly prepared for the rebuild process. We replace worn pistons, seals and bleed valves as part of the rebuild service, using quality components to restore function and reliability. The caliper is then carefully reassembled to ensure smooth piston movement and consistent operation.

The result is a fully rebuilt caliper, restored to proper working condition and ready for reliable use. 

Disclaimer:

Calipers must be sent fully disassembled. Any remaining pistons and seals will be removed and disposed of as they cannot be re-used.
