Caliper Cleaning Service

The ultrasonic clean is the first step to restoring braking performance where wear is minimal and components are still in good condition. Over time, road grime and corrosion builds up around the pistons and seals, causing the caliper to stick or operate less efficiently. 

Our ultrasonic cleaning process removes contamination from the piston bores and internal passages in a way that traditional, manual cleaning cannot achieve by reaching otherwise inaccessible areas. This level of cleaning is essential for restoring internal surfaces to a standard that allows components to move freely and operate effectively.

This is a functional service only, not cosmetic. Calipers must be sent fully disassembled. Any remaining pistons and seals will be removed and disposed of as they cannot be re-used.
