 Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label directly to your email for convenience. You’ll also receive a step-by-step instruction email guiding you on how to provide us with the details we need to complete your order.

When packaging your caliper or carbs please ensure you include your contact details, your motorcycle’s make and model, and any known issues in the order comments.

As soon as we receive your carb or caliper, our team works quickly — with a typical turnaround of just 3–5 business days, including free next day return delivery once the service is complete. This means you’ll be back on the road with minimal downtime.

 Terms of Use

• All prices quoted are for a single brake caliper. If you require a pair rebuilding, simply change the quantity option to two.
• Please enclose your contact details, bike make/model/year, and any known issues when sending items to us.
• Remove all ancillary items (pads, pad pins, bleed screws, shims, jets, tps, choke plungers, etc.) unless seized. If they are seized, we can remove them for you.
• In the rare case you are unhappy with an updated price, there will be an assessment charge to cover work already performed.
• Payment for extra work or replacement parts is due upon completion.
• Delivery insurance protection is limited to £150 (can be increased to £1000 for an extra £7.50 each way — please request before sending).

Extra engineering-

Occasionally, carbs and calipers require additional engineering work. The most common issue is seized or snapped bleed screws and jets :

• Seized bleed screws – No action needed, just send them in; we can usually remove these at no extra cost.
• Snapped bleed screws – We can normally repair these without thread damage. Cost: £10 per screw.
• Thread repair required – In stubborn cases, repair may cost up to £35 per screw. An accurate price will be confirmed after inspection.
• Seized jets - No action needed, just send them in and we should be able to remove them free of charge.

• To Us (UK Only): After placing your order, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Simply package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest collection point (usually a local store or post office). Full instructions will be included.
• Return Shipping: Once your service is complete, we’ll send your item back to you free of charge with next-day delivery.

 How It Works!

1. You place your order and ship your item to us using the free label provided.
2. We receive your item and inspect it for any damage or additional work needed.
3. If selected, we fully strip the carb or caliper before cleaning.
4. Pistons, bleed nipples, caliper body, carb bodies and jets are cleaned using ultrasonic technology.
5. Seals and O-rings are replaced if required.
6. The caliper is reassembled and pressure tested.
7. If your order was for a carb clean, we will reassemble and bench sync the carbs to get you straight back on the road.
8. Your item is shipped back to you within 3–5 business days of us receiving it.
