Please note:

That disassembly is correct preparation for ultrasonic cleaning. For the standard cleaning service, we do not replace components as you would in a rebuild. If we come across any seized components, damaged or failing parts, we will  get in touch and allow you to choose the best way forward before commencing with any repairs. 

Disclaimer:

This is a functional service, not a cosmetic one. Your carbs will be thoroughly cleaned internally and externally but will not come back looking “brand  new” if the existing condition was already poor. Corrosion, discolouration and age-related wear will remain unless you opt for separate cosmetic work. 

If seized mixture screws and jets are encountered during the rebuild process, removal is charged at £30 per screw. Due to the precision and time required for safe extraction, this may extend the estimated turnaround time.
